Data collected
The contact form stores your name, email, visitor type, selected service, subject, optional budget and target date, message, consent time, and limited request metadata used for abuse prevention. The newsletter stores your email, subscription status, hashed confirmation tokens, and consent or confirmation times.
Purpose and consent
Contact data is used to understand, secure, and respond to your inquiry. Newsletter data is used only for the confirmations and updates you requested. Consent can be withdrawn for future newsletter messages through the unsubscribe link in each email.
Preferences on your device
The site stores the selected language in a cookie and an explicit light or dark theme in browser local storage. These preferences are used only to keep the interface consistent.
Service providers
Neon-hosted PostgreSQL stores application data. Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregated analytics. Resend delivers newsletter and contact notification email. Cloudinary stores uploaded profile images and resume files. Each provider processes only the data needed for its service.
Retention
Messages and subscription records are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for communication, security, or operational records. Provider backups may remain temporarily until their normal retention cycles expire.
Security and processing locations
The site uses HTTPS, authenticated admin access, MFA-protected controls, and limited data collection. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in the regions where they operate.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of data submitted through this site. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for security or required obligations. Include the email address used in your message so the request can be verified.
Please do not submit
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, another person's private information, confidential datasets, financial account details, or other sensitive material through the contact form.
